yea. and when well known outlaw takes gun and goes into nearest bank police does nothing. outlaw shoots people, grabs money, gives stolen stuff to his buddy waiting around and then..... police takes outlaw gun, kicks his ass.... and outlaw buddy goes freely with stolen stuff - he did nothing offensive!
yea. this is how police works in RL for sure
